About Me
I’ve been a respirologist since 2006. After residency, where stress, schedule and so many factors made it really hard to get and stay in shape, I decided to take matters into my own hands and start more seriously working out. I joined WeightWatchers, which helped for a while but re-gained the weight. I went to the gym but lacked motivation to be consistent. After many trial and errors, I think I found what works for me and wanted to share this so I could be more accountable to myself and maybe help you along the way.
I’m a doctor but clearly, I needed some help to do well on my fitness journey. This website does not constitute medical advice. It’s only my views on what works for me. It may not be the right thing for you.
