My journey with fasting to getting in the best shape possible

The food part
I’ve started intermittent fasting a couple years ago and found out it was probably the best way for me to lose weight. Like so many people, I’ve tried pretty much all the fad diets and weight loss techniques out there. From the basic eat less / move more to WeightWatchers, going to the gym (or trying to) and just training on my own.
The fitness part
As for the “faster me” part, it comes from my fitness journey. I was never a fan of going to the gym, and I’m probably the least competitive person there is when it comes to sport. I’ve always been a swimmer but I needed something more convenient to fit into my sometimes crazy schedule. I joined OrangeTheory Fitness in 2019 and for me it’s the best way to get and stay in shape so far!
I don’t have all the answers on getting leaner and fitter but I’m trying to figure it out. This page is showing the process, motivating me and hopefully you too!
